African Nightcrawlers

The main products of the Company are vermicompost and African nightcrawler worms. Organic rice, fruits, leafy vegetables, root crops, beans, herbs and ornamental plants are also produced in semi-commercial scale.  Vermitea is produced for farm application. 

Conversion of the farm from chemical to organic farming is not that easy.  While rehabilitation takes some time, the Company had seen breakthroughs in the production of various crops. The produce is now sold in public markets , hotels and vegetarian restaurants.

Services

        CGSI has been conducting trainings on vermicomposting all over the Philippines.  While the training base is in Lucban, Quezon, we accept invitations to conduct one-day orientation, two-day seminar, and one-week intensive training in the area where vermicomposting activity will be undertaken. 

The Company also prepares project proposals and feasibility studies for funding purposes and assists college and post-graduate students in the preparation and conduct of their thesis.
